Celebrating The Bouncer

Remember when test wickets would bounce. When big nasties ran in and played a little chin music. When batsman feared for their life not their bank balance. I am sure Robin Smith does. Over the next week or two I intend to live in the past and recall why I loved watching and was bloody pleased I wasn't out there.

See You Andre!

Down and possibly out. Andre Russell's sore shoulder could be a portent for his whole side in this series. Wee Jimmy seems concerned but not especially sympathetic.

Bi Polar Jimmy

Nothing like a days test cricket to put you through the emotional wringer. Funny how the fast bowlers seem to be prone to the greatest mood swings.

The Times , And The Haircuts, Have Changed

While looking through some images from the early 90's I came across this shot of Devon Malcolm.

What The ...

...farce?

I understand some of the political problems but is it not a little ironic that you can provide a twenty20 match for millions of dollars but can't produce a test venue that people can play on. The West Indies Cricket Board looks like the sports equivalent of the Bank of Scotland.

The Slightly Odd Couple

Good to see the dynamic duo inspiring people to stretch their imaginations. Thanks to Moses@beerandsports for tipping me off about this image. Apparently KP has a really tight arse, or so I've heard, but then Freddy does have a really big hand.

Jamaican Pride Mon!

Winners are grinners, and who could deny Usain Boult and Chris Gayle the widest of toothy grins.

For all those about to slag off The England, well, feel free, but don't forget to note that the Windians are a better side than they were a season or two back. To the winner should go the spoils and a fair dose of credit.

All We Are Saying, Is Give Adil A Bowl!

It is time for the new sensation. Get the new masks printed and distributed and get this boy into the big time. He has got the big hands, the spinners stare and who can resist the jaunty hat on backwards.

KP Finds Support
