Cut And Thrust

While both sides were a bit scratchy in parts the Lords Test saw both sides giving it plenty of "try". It sets up the rest of the series with some interesting questions, an improvement on the processions that some early season  series have been in recent years.

Bang.Bang.Bang.

Kemar Roach takes them down. Not content with three wickets with three balls he added another three victims to pad his figures. Thank heaven he was only armed with deadly fingers and an attitude.

The Camera Does Lie

You wouldn't know it from this image but Kemar Raoch is one of the smoothest, balanced and self contained fast bowlers going around.

I look forward to watching him on a green seamer - just so long as he keeps his head up.

One lesson administrators and players seem to never learn, is to let the old, the tired and the greedy go. There is always another generation.
