Head Shot IV

A good batsman, a very good slip fielder and an outstanding captain. Somebody far more clever than I should come up with a formula for captaincy taking into account the ability, or lack there of, of the players in the team. Fleming has only had a genuinely strong team about twice in his 10 or so years. The little enigmatic smile makes him seem a bit removed and detached but having seen him dealing with autograph hungry kids (and parents) I can vouch for the fact that average of 39.something or not, Stephen Fleming was a class act.

I'm certainly no clever than yourself, but I did come up with my own crude formula. I can give you a link, if you like?
