It seems that these days you have to be very careful about what might come down the wicket at you. Here we see India A experimenting with wicket tossing as a way to destabilise the batsman.

The more observant amongst you will note that there are only two wickets in the ground so the offending object must have been something else, perhaps even a cricket ball.

It will be interesting to see if any of these tactics find the way to the Oval.

There would not be a team currently playing that would not grab a chance to have that cut and that look of determination on their side.
