VCC, I'm guessing, must be Voorburg Cricket Club. However, if you could give a hint on the name of the place where the player is standing....
Really? I ws going for Victoria Cricket Club...till I realized there is nothing of this sort. Or is there?
His cap resembles the baggy green though...so I am going with someone Aussie.(M has an unhealthy obsession with them, quite suspicious)

This is not an Aussie, but he did end up living there.
Is it Harold Larwood? I know he moved to Australia to work for a drinks company. No idea about the club. Jolly nice hat though.
